The naughty part of this costume is the elastic waistband with an air activated accordian mechanism which is basically and air pump with a tube that runs through the sleeve of the top. The tip of mechanism has a pom to match clown top poms. The squeez bulb is a pair of plastic testicles.

Best part? When pom is extended it makes a funny "boing" sound effect.
