Can I Return My Order?
Most of our products can be returned within 5 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Please Note: Product styles (Colors and Fabrics) are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production, improvemtns and or packaging changes. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of thesechanges. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
IMPORTANT: The item must be returned in brand new, unused saleable condition. Any item not returned in brand new, unused saleable condition (ie: Any item that has been worn, altered or used in anyway) will not receive a refund. No refund will be issued for any returned costume or accessory that has evidence of wear or damage.
To initiate a return for Domestic/Canadian Orders:
- Have order number ready and call customer service: 631-928-5353 to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
- A (RAN) will be listed on the 'Return Confirmation' page.
- Return must be received within 4 days of initiating RAN.
- All item(s) must be returned via a traceable method with delivery confirmation to assure we receive your package.
- Any orders returned with out any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return.
- The Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
Returns are generally processed within a week of receiving the product back.
IMPORTANT Halloween Exchange Policy Exclusion Dates: Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, All orders shipped between October 13 and November 3rd are FINAL SALE. THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please be sure to review sizes and double check basket contents before ordering. We advise you to order early to avoid problems and disappointment during this short block out period.
The Following Items Are NEVER Returnable:
- Special Ordered Items - including all Mascots. Props that require special delivery are also not returnable.
The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
- Undergarments
- Socks and stockings
- CD's
- Eye lashes
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
Must be returned in the unopened and sealed package; products in zip-lock bag style packaging or any bag/box that is not factory sealed is NOT returnable. - Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
Must be returned in the unopened and sealed package; products in zip-lock bag style packaging or any bag/box that is not factory sealed are NOT returnable. - Cosmetics (unless returned in the original unopened and factory sealed package)
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered
- Party Supplies

Please note:
- Any item returned without a valid RAN number is subject to a minimum
15% handling charge. Please double-check that you have included all
of the costume and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. This
includes unauthorized refused packages.
- There is a minimum 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item
is ordered and subsequently returned.
If you need a different size or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling.
