This is a hilarious effect where the magician has a nickel sticking to his forehead. He asks a spectator if he can do the same. Most people will think that this is accomplished by sweat causing the coin to stick. The magician removes the coin and hands it to a spectator, but wait, the coin has a large nail soldered to it.
