This one piece Deluxe Elsa Adult Costume will make you feel like you are standing in the middle of the polar ice cap.

The neckline topped with opal sequence followed by a white mesh layer and finished off with silver swirling lame’ trim. Beneath that is majority of the top part of the dress is layered with shimmering blue plastic tiles that change shades depending on your angle. They really do a nice job of simulating ice. The rest of the dress is a light blue.

The attached transparent cape is decorated with large snow flakes.
