Hat goes over round metal "halo" that is connected to a pole. The pole gets inserted into an inflatable shoulder harness that goes next to your head and under the coat.

Next a pair of cool mirrored sunglasses get attached to the hat. Push the button on the wire attached to the glasses and two eyeballs light up and show through the mirrored lenses.

The coat has extra long sleeves so your hands do not show.
