Arm Chopper, Wood by Funtime Magic (M8)

A great effect that can be used in a serious or comedy presentation. The performer shows a guillotine type frame comprising of a stand and a blade fixed in a wooden frame work.  The blade extends out from the sides of the frame so that it is in view at all times.  This wood cutter goes through the spectarotr's arm but cuts the carrot below.
