Like all good card miracles, the fun begins when you invite an unsuspecting audience-type person to pick a card. Holding the card face up and lengthwise in your left hand you criss cross it horizontally with another card which has been shown front and back. You now slide the protruding top end of the selected card over to the left and the bottom end over to the right until the two ends are a good distance apart as shown in the illustration! The ends are now slid back into place and with no "funny business» the card is immediately uncovered and shown to be
