Slow Cotton

For use, simply insert slow cotton under and around smoke product. For the best ignition use in a Utility Smoke Cup, however a match or lighter will work fine. This product may not funtion if it is too tighly packed or confined, keep it loose for best ignition. Slow Cotton acts as a suitable primer for smoke effects in dove pans, flash pots, and large illusions with flint cups.
