You take a steel sword and put the tip in your mouth. Then you procced to push the blade all the way into your throat. Only the handle remains visible.

Remove the sword and take a bow.

Some people present this trick as a joke. You will spoil the secret but you will get a bunch of laughs! When you take the blade out of your mouth, you show the handle with a rolled up blade attached.
