To prevent smudging especially with a make-up job with a lot of detail, we recommend that use setting powder after the makeup is applied to finish your application. Makeup remover is recommended for all types of makeup, especially a grease based makeup. However, for small face painting jobs such as rainbows, balloons, butterflies, etc. Soap and warm water will suffice.
