Shoulder Parrot Pirate/Luau/Decor Assorted Colors

Every pirate needs his parrot...This colorful parrot is made from real feathers and looks real even up close. Stands 12" tall, from tip of head to tip of tail. Four small wires protrude from the talon area. You can use duct tape to hole these wires to you shoulder, or poke four small holes in you jacket, bend them and cover with duct tape from the inside. This parrot is also great for any Hawaiian, Caribbean, island or luau costume. You may also use it for indoor or outdoor decorating.
