Vintage Tenyo/Mikame

From the late 1950's to early 1960's Card In Frame with original instructions.

Tenyo made the plastic Card Frame AKA Sand Frame while Mikame made their card frame in wood and glass. This is one of three items that Tenyo commissioned Mikame to manufacture a version for the Tenyo line.

This piece is highly collectable as Mr. Mikame has passed away in 2014 and this item has not been in the Tenyo line since around 1965.

We have the origianl instructions with English, French and German printed on them With the M-35 on the top. It is usally a T for Tenyo and the number in the series is next. The M represents Mikame.

In perfect working order. Some scuffs and nicks in the wood.

An empty frame is shown. The frame is covered with a cloth. A card is selected from a deck. Remove the cloth and the card is in the frame! Open both clasps on the back and remove the card.
