before attempting to demonstrate these tricks examine the deck. notice every other card is the same. these are your key cards. your key cards may not be the ace of spades as shown on tv. your deck may be made of aces, dueces, and queens, or any other card. your deck must be kept in this alternating sequence in order to perform the following tricks. if you accidentally drop or mix up the cards, replace they key cards so that every other card is a key.
