Make a glass of clear soda appear, then produce dry silks and a glass of dark cola!
U.F. Grant (January 12, 1901- March 1, 1978), known as "Gen Grant", was one of America's foremost magic dealers and inventors. Grant started his magic career in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, where he created his first tricks.
Later he briefly worked for the Abbott Magic & Novelty Co., before eventually settling in Columbus, Ohio.
It was there that he created his successful magic manufacturing firm, called "U.F. Grant Magic".
For many years, Grant supplied magic shops with sturdy, well-made and inventive props such as his own Chen Lee Water Suspension, Temple Screen, Bengal Net and Strat-O-Sphere.
Toward the end of his life, U.F. Grant turned the company over to his daughter, Mary Ann, who had married a magician named Jim King.
