Coin Vanish Stand - Wood
Very well made!
Four coins rest on a stand. You pick one up and it vanishes in midair! Repeat for the other coins.
Use in any effect where coins are to be vanished. You can even make them reappear in another place when used in conjunction many other coin producing apparatus. Such as a Devil’s Hank, Coin Wand, Coin Ladder.
Made in laminated wood.
This apparatus is well made. Instructions are intended for use with Indian Rupees but other coins may be used.
We find that while US Half Dollars look good on the stand they are a bit too heavy and may make the coins drop prematurely. US Quarters work very well. You can experiment with Canadian or other foreign coins until you find what suits you best.
Also there is a noise issue, easily solved by stuffing a piece of foam or some fabric in the base of the gimmick.
Finally, while meant for four coins, we find that three work better as you can position them in such a way that they can NEVER fall prematurely. As you "pick up" each coin, you glide the coin a bit to the left or right (depending on where you placed the coins in the first place) and then let it drop into the gimmick as you pretend to pick it up.
This would easily be $25 if they made them properly. But a little TLC and a rethinking of how to do it and you will enjoy this prop.
