Due to federal laws, they don't make them like they used to. Federal law requires that gun powder contain less than .20 grams per cap. You can expect many duds and pfffts more than an actual bang. These are NOT defective. These are the way U.S. laws require them to be made.

Please note: Package type may vary than pictured. Some times they come in TWO larger tubes instead of four boxes on the same size (with a lesser amount in each box).
